Niamh Jones

Niamh Jones (she/her/they) is a British writer, artist, and director based in New York City. She has worked extensively on and off Broadway over the past 15 years as an Associate and Resident Director for directors including, Ivo Van Hove, Daniel Fish, Justin Peck, Lyndsey Turner, Michael Longhurst, and Sam Gold with whom she has worked closely on eight productions. In this time, she has frequently worked for Scott Rudin Productions and worked with writers and artists including Annie Baker, Lucas Hnath, Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, and Philip Glass. When the pandemic brought theatre to a halt, she started making mixed media art again, mostly collages using an extensive variety of materials. Niamh also wrote a young adult novel about the Trans experience. She grew up in England and studied literature at the University of Cambridge before graduating from Columbia with an MFA in Theatre Directing. Until the beginning of last year, Niamh was known by her given name Osheen Jones.
